What We Do... We specialize in transforming hand-selected Douglas fir planks into functional works of art using an ancient Japanese burning technique called “Shou-Sugi-Ban”. We specialize in a creating a faux live edge along with adding a mix of special wood dyes to accentuate the wood grain followed by two thick coats of food-safe industrial-grade epoxy for a glass-like top. We also have the capability to add nearly any custom graphic for a personalized touch. The result is a stunning work of art that’s functional in any room.
